Privacy policy
The short version: this site runs no trackers and sets no cookies on visitors who do not sign in. CreekWell collects what it needs to do the job, uses it for that, and does not sell it to anyone.
What this website collects
Nothing automatically. This site sets no cookies on visitors. It uses no analytics, no advertising or tracking pixels, no social buttons and no embedded video. The fonts are served from this site, not from a font company, so visiting a page here does not send a request to any other company’s server.
The “Ask a question” helper in the corner of each page is built into this site; no chat company is involved. It keeps the current conversation in your browser’s session storage, which is emptied when you close the tab. What you type is sent to this site’s own server, which answers from the published pages; it sees the same request details as any page load (including the IP address, which it may use to limit abuse). When the answering model is switched on, questions are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI on Cloudflare’s servers and are not used to train anything. Do not type account numbers or health details into it — it does not need them.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like every web host, Cloudflare keeps standard server logs of requests, which include IP addresses. CreekWell does not read, export or analyze those logs.
Customer records
Neil keeps one record for each customer: your name, email address, phone number, service address, your visit history and the maintenance schedule for your equipment. Bookings made on the booking page are added to it. It is stored in a database on Cloudflare, in the United States, and the same record is what Neil sees in his field app — there is one copy, not two. To put your address on Neil’s map, the street address alone (no name) is looked up once with the U.S. Census Bureau’s geocoder and, if that finds nothing, OpenStreetMap’s Nominatim and Komoot’s Photon; the result is cached so it is not sent again.
Neil’s own field app keeps the same customer records on his phone and tablet so they work with no signal, and syncs them with the database when there is one. Nobody else has access to it.
Customer sign-in on this website is not switched on yet. The sign-in page stores nothing and sends nothing. Before it is switched on, this policy will say here what it collects.
Filter orders
Replacement filter sets are ordered by calling or texting Neil. This website takes no filter orders and no payments, so nothing about a filter order is collected here.
The sets are made by Charger Water Treatment Products. To send you a set, Neil passes Charger your name, the shipping address and the set you ordered, and Charger mails it to you. Charger gets nothing else.
What was ordered and where it was sent are kept with your customer record.
Bookings
Appointments booked through the booking page are made on Cal.com, which stores the booking and puts it on Neil’s Google Calendar. Cal.com also sends this site a copy of each booking (your name, email, phone number if you gave one, the address and the time) so that it appears in Neil’s field app. Cal.com’s and Google’s privacy policies apply to their part.
What the form collects
The list form asks for your name, your phone number, your town, what kind of work you need, and an optional note. Nothing else, and nothing hidden. The two price tools (your flat-rate price and price your job) send the same five things when you ask Neil to call: the note carries the jobs or the package you picked, the price and your answers, and the whole message is shown to you on the page before it goes. Working the tools sends nothing: your answers stay in your browser until you ask Neil to call.
When you press the button, those details go to this site’s own server and are stored on Cloudflare, where the site is hosted, together with the date and the country the request came from — not your IP address and not your browser details. They are kept for up to 18 months, or until the list has been worked through, and only Neil reads them. No form company, no marketing platform and no lead broker ever sees them.
If the site cannot store the message for any reason, the form falls back to writing it inside your own browser and handing it to your messaging app or email program, and you press send.
What it is used for
To call or text you back about the request you sent, to quote the work, to do the work and to follow up on it. That is the whole list.
If you have a water sample analyzed, the sample and the address go to the certified laboratory that runs the panel, because they cannot run it otherwise. The results are yours and go nowhere else.
What is never done with it
- It is never sold, rented or traded. Not to lead brokers, not to equipment manufacturers, not to anyone, at any price.
- You are not signed up for marketing. Giving CreekWell your number so it can call you back about a job is not permission to send you promotions. If CreekWell ever wants to send you something promotional, it will ask first, separately.
- It is not shared except with the testing laboratory when you order a water panel, with the services named above that each do one job (Resend delivers emails, Cal.com holds the booking, Charger gets the name and address a filter set you ordered by phone is mailed to, the map geocoders see a street address with no name), or where the law requires it.
- You are not profiled or tracked across other websites, here or anywhere else. Nothing on this site is capable of it.
How long it is kept
Job records — what was done, when, at which address — are kept as long as CreekWell is in business, because that is what lets us tell you in four years which cartridge your system takes and when it was last changed.
Names on the list that never turn into a job are deleted once the list has been worked through, and expire on their own after 18 months. Helper conversations are never stored on the server. If you would rather anything went sooner, say so and it will.
Seeing it, changing it, or having it deleted
Call or text 928-228-5770 and ask. There is no form to fill in and no ticket system. It is one person, and he will just do it.
You do not need a reason and you will not be asked for one.
Do Not Track, and children
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. CreekWell does not respond to it differently, because there is nothing to switch off: this site does not track anyone, with or without the signal.
Two cookies can exist on this site, and both are Neil’s own sign-in cookies for the list page and the field app. Visitors and customers get none. Neither is used for anything but keeping Neil signed in, and neither is read by anyone else.
This site is not directed at children and CreekWell does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters — a form service added, an analytics tool added, anything that changes what leaves your device — the change and its date will be posted here before it takes effect, and the effective date below will change.
Effective September 18, 2026; updated November 2, 2026 (customer sign-in and filter orders now described exactly as they work today, including what Charger, the filter maker, receives; on 4 October the two price tools, which send the same five things as the list form; on 20 September customer accounts, filter orders and bookings were added, and earlier that day the helper and the form’s storage).
