Legal

Privacy policy

The short version: this site sets no cookies and runs no trackers. CreekWell collects what it needs to do the job, uses it for that, and does not sell it to anyone.

What this website collects

Nothing automatically. This site sets no cookies. It uses no local storage, no analytics, no advertising or tracking pixels, no social buttons, no embedded video and no chat widget. The fonts are served from this site, not from a font company, so visiting a page here does not send a request to any other company’s server.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like every web host, Cloudflare keeps standard server logs of requests, which include IP addresses. CreekWell does not read, export or analyze those logs.

What the form collects

The list form asks for your name, your phone number, your town, what kind of work you need, and an optional note. Nothing else, and nothing hidden.

As the site is set up today, the form does not send anything anywhere by itself. It writes the message inside your own browser and hands it to your phone’s messaging app or your email program, and you press send. Your details go straight from your device to CreekWell, and no form company, no marketing platform and no lead broker ever sees them.

If that ever changes — if a form service is added so submissions arrive in one place — this page will say which service, before it goes live.

What it is used for

To call or text you back about the request you sent, to quote the work, to do the work and to follow up on it. That is the whole list.

If you have a water sample analyzed, the sample and the address go to the certified laboratory that runs the panel, because they cannot run it otherwise. The results are yours and go nowhere else.

What is never done with it

  • It is never sold, rented or traded. Not to lead brokers, not to equipment manufacturers, not to anyone, at any price.
  • You are not signed up for marketing. Giving CreekWell your number so it can call you back about a job is not permission to send you promotions. If CreekWell ever wants to send you something promotional, it will ask first, separately.
  • It is not shared except with the testing laboratory when you order a water panel, or where the law requires it.
  • You are not profiled or tracked across other websites, here or anywhere else. Nothing on this site is capable of it.

How long it is kept

Job records — what was done, when, at which address — are kept as long as CreekWell is in business, because that is what lets us tell you in four years which cartridge your system takes and when it was last changed.

Names on the list that never turn into a job are deleted once the list has been worked through. If you would rather they went sooner, say so and they will.

Seeing it, changing it, or having it deleted

Call or text 928-228-5770 and ask. There is no form to fill in and no ticket system. It is one person, and he will just do it.

You do not need a reason and you will not be asked for one.

Do Not Track, and children

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. CreekWell does not respond to it differently, because there is nothing to switch off: this site does not track anyone, with or without the signal.

This site is not directed at children and CreekWell does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that matters — a form service added, an analytics tool added, anything that changes what leaves your device — the change and its date will be posted here before it takes effect, and the effective date below will change.

Rebranding, and adding licenses

Aqua Cat Plumbing & Water Treatment is now CreekWell Plumbing & Water Treatment. Same owner, same phone number.

We are adding Arizona contractor licenses, and we are not booking new work until that is done — a few weeks. Jobs already on the schedule are not affected.

For new work, hold a place in the first round or call or text 928-228-5770. Bookings go in the order they come in, at the prices published on this site. No deposit.

Not a licensed contractor

Work is performed under the Arizona handyman exemption, A.R.S. § 32-1121(A)(14): any single project is limited to less than $1,000 including labor and materials, and excludes work requiring a building permit and all natural gas and propane work. Neil Staiger has 32 years of Arizona plumbing experience and holds current manufacturer certifications from Moen, Kohler, Navien, Rinnai and Charger Water Treatment Products. More about that. Additional Arizona contractor licenses are in progress.
