If your home needs something extra — a code update or new loop plumbing — you hear exactly what and why, with its own price, before anything starts. Once you approve the flat rate it is locked: it does not grow mid-job without your sign-off, whether the work goes fast or slow. The visit and estimate are free either way.
The whole job.
Whole-house packages cover the plumbing, installation and testing, and Neil stays until it is running right. Under-sink drinking-water systems include the install, a flush and a taste test. Softener packages come with starter salt, replacement installs of a CreekWell package include haul-away of the old unit (the $999 install of a system you bought does not), and every install is tested before Neil leaves. Options like built-in recirculation for tankless have their own flat price.
Only things nobody can see from a price list, and each one is priced and approved before it happens.
A code update your existing plumbing needs, extra loop plumbing, or a damaged part discovered mid-job — a broken closet flange under an old toilet, for instance. Nothing is added to the bill without your sign-off. The one small standard extra: drilling granite, quartz or stainless for the Kitten’s or the Ocelot’s faucet is $50, and only if your counter needs a hole; the $499 install of an RO you bought and the Moen package include the hole on any counter.
Two years on the workmanship, plus the maker's or the supplier's warranty on the parts (each spec sheet lists them by part).

That covers the $250 America 250 rates too. A burst pipe on a Sunday should not cost double what it costs on a Tuesday.
Because those jobs come to $1,000 or more (counting equipment you bought), are whole-house work, involve gas, or need a building permit.
Arizona's rule for work by someone without a contractor license (the handyman exemption) caps a job at under $1,000 including labor and materials and leaves out work that needs a building permit; by CreekWell's own rule, no gas work at any price either. Those installations wait for the contractor licenses. The prices are published so you can plan and compare; a reference price is not an offer, a quote or a bid, and there is no date for the licenses yet.
