It can be booked if your water is inside its limits: on a well, iron up to 0.3 ppm, manganese up to 0.1 ppm and arsenic V up to 300 ppb; above those, the treatment ahead of it waits for the licenses, and the RO with it. A 6-stage that needs a new hole in granite, quartz or stainless goes over $1,000, so it waits too. Choose the system, pay half now, pay the rest on the day.
Online scheduling for installs opens once card deposits are switched on. Until then, call and Neil will take the deposit and pick the install day with you.
Whole-house softeners, conditioners and filtration are not bookable online. They run past the $1,000 limit that applies to an unlicensed person in Arizona and are priced on the pricing page for reference only.
The deposit on a reverse osmosis install is half the flat rate. It pays for the system, which is ordered for you the day you book and collected in Phoenix that week.
Cancel two or more business days before the install day and the deposit is refunded in full. Inside two business days the system has already been bought for you; the deposit is kept against it and the system is yours to collect, or the install can be moved to another day at no charge. These terms do not limit the FTC’s Cooling-Off Rule: if you sign for an install at your home, you generally have three business days to cancel for a full refund.
