Where you can check us
These are the places CreekWell is listed under the old Aqua Cat name, which is still the name on every review that exists. They are linked here so you can read them somewhere CreekWell does not control, which is the only kind of review worth anything:

- Nextdoor page — where most of the neighborhood recommendations happen
The Google Business Profile, Yelp and Angi listings under the CreekWell name do not exist yet. When they do, they will be linked here too. Until then, anyone telling you CreekWell has a rating is telling you something that is not true, including CreekWell.
Why this page is empty
CreekWell rebranded from Aqua Cat Plumbing & Water Treatment in 2026. The review profiles under the new name are being set up, and until there are real ones to show, there is nothing honest to put here.
When they arrive, they will be actual customer words, with the platform named and linked so you can go and read them in context. What will not appear: invented quotes, reviews written by anyone connected to the business, or a star rating this site publishes about itself.
That last one is also a technical decision. Google's review snippet policy makes self-controlled ratings ineligible, and marking up your own aggregate rating is a common way to earn a manual penalty. The ratings belong on the platforms that host them.
Leaving one
If CreekWell has done work for you and you want to say something about it, the most useful place is Google — it is the profile most people actually check. Ask on the day and you will get a direct link.
And if something was not right, the more useful thing is to call first: 928-228-5770. The two-year workmanship warranty is not much use if nobody hears about the problem.
Rebranding, and adding licenses
Aqua Cat Plumbing & Water Treatment is now CreekWell Plumbing & Water Treatment. Same owner, same phone number.
We are adding Arizona contractor licenses, and we are not booking new work until that is done — a few weeks. Jobs already on the schedule are not affected.
For new work, hold a place in the first round or call or text 928-228-5770. Bookings go in the order they come in, at the prices published on this site. No deposit.

Why are there no reviews on this page?
Because the business rebranded in 2026 and there are no verified CreekWell reviews to show yet.
Rather than reuse old quotes under a new name or write filler, this page stays empty until there is something real and checkable to put on it.
Do you publish a star rating?
Not on our own site, deliberately.
Google's review snippet policy makes ratings that a business controls about itself ineligible, and self-marking them is a common cause of manual penalties. Ratings live on the platforms that host and verify them.
Not a licensed contractor
Work is performed under the Arizona handyman exemption, A.R.S. § 32-1121(A)(14): any single project is limited to less than $1,000 including labor and materials, and excludes work requiring a building permit and all natural gas and propane work. Neil Staiger has 32 years of Arizona plumbing experience and holds current manufacturer certifications from Moen, Kohler, Navien, Rinnai and Charger Water Treatment Products. More about that. Hold a place in the first round of appointments
