How reviews work here
CreekWell is one person’s work. There is no rotating crew, so every review on every platform is describing the same plumber, the same habits, and the same standards — 32 years of Arizona plumbing experience, flat pricing put in writing before work starts, and the two-year workmanship warranty. Those are the terms you can hold us to.
The reviews live where we can’t edit, reorder, or trim them, and the links on this page take you to the full, unedited record.
A tip worth using on any contractor, not just this one: read the platform reviews, not the testimonial wall on the company’s own site, and check that the warranty terms and the published prices match what you were quoted.
Where you can check us
These are the places CreekWell is listed under the name it was previously known by, Aqua Cat Plumbing & Water Treatment — still the name on every review that exists. They are linked here so you can read them somewhere CreekWell does not control, which is the only kind of review worth anything:

Why this page is empty
CreekWell was Aqua Cat Plumbing & Water Treatment until its 2026 rebrand. The review profiles under the new name are being set up, and until there are real ones to show, there is nothing honest to put here.
When they arrive, they will be actual customer words, with the platform named and linked so you can go and read them in context. What will not appear: invented quotes, reviews written by anyone connected to the business, or a star rating this site publishes about itself.

CreekWell is one person, not a franchise with an ad budget. Reviews, good or bad, are how neighbors find CreekWell and how Neil keeps improving. Write whatever your actual experience was; Neil never asks for a specific rating or wording, and there’s never a discount attached.
After a job, the review link goes out by text. Once the CreekWell Google profile is live, that is the most useful place — it is the profile most people actually check, and if you ask on the day you will get a direct link. Until then, the BBB and Nextdoor pages above are where a review can go.
And if something was not right, the more useful thing is to call first: 928-228-5770. The two-year workmanship warranty is not much use if nobody hears about the problem.
What we’re judged on
- Published flat rates. Every price is on the pricing page before you call.
- Free estimates and diagnostics, Monday–Saturday, with a free water check (hardness, chlorine and dissolved minerals) at your tap.
- The two-year workmanship warranty on the work, and on the softeners the supplier’s 10 years on the mineral tank (5 on the valve and the salt tank, 1 on the media).
- Same rate on Sundays and holidays when Neil is available — no after-hours upcharge.
- 32 years in Arizona plumbing, owner-operated, with product training from Moen, Kohler, Navien, Rinnai, Charger Water Treatment Products and B&R Industries.

Can you come out right now?
Yes, for repairs and emergencies under $1,000.
Call or text 928-228-5770, Monday to Saturday, 7am to 7pm; a priority call gets a same-day visit when Neil is free. Whole-house systems wait for the contractor licenses (what the licenses change).
Why are there no reviews on this page?
Because the business rebranded in 2026 and there are no verified CreekWell reviews to show yet.
Rather than reuse old quotes under a new name or write filler, this page stays empty until there is something real and checkable to put on it.
Do you publish a star rating?
No. A rating a business posts about itself is not worth much.
