Financing, the simple version
Ask when you call. This site does not name a lender or advertise a rate. If paying over time matters to you, say so, and Neil will tell you plainly what is and is not possible for your project, with every number in writing before you decide anything.
The listed prices are the price for paying by Zelle, cash or check — the same for every customer, always.
How paying for a system actually works
Every job starts the same way, however you pay: a free written estimate with the flat rate on it — no service-call fee, no obligation, and the price does not quietly grow later. The estimate is good for 30 days.
- A 50% deposit schedules an installation. The balance is due when the work is done and tested.
- Zelle, cash or check — no fee. Checks are made out to CreekWell Plumbing & Water Treatment LLC.
- Credit or debit card — a 3.5% processing fee, always shown as its own line so you can see exactly what the convenience costs. You can also pay by card over the phone.
- Getting on the November list costs nothing. No deposit, nothing owed, and you can say no when Neil calls.
What that looks like
The $829 under-sink reverse osmosis system: $414.50 deposit to schedule it, $414.50 when it is installed and tested.
A $250 priority service call paid by card: $250, plus a processing fee of $8.75 on its own line, $258.75 in all. By Zelle, cash or check it is $250.
One honest note: the fastest way to spend less is right-sizing, not payment tricks. A system sized from a real water test against your published flat rate is how a project comes in at the number on the estimate — which is the number that matters, whatever way you choose to pay it.

We are adding Arizona contractor licenses, and we are not booking new work until that is done. New work restarts the first week of November. Jobs already on the schedule are not affected.

It is never folded into the price. Zelle, cash and check carry no fee, and the prices on this site are the prices for paying that way.
When do I pay?
For an installation, half to schedule it and the rest when it is done and tested.
The estimate is free and good for 30 days, and getting on the list for November costs nothing.
Can the price change after I approve it?
No. Once you approve the flat rate in writing, it is locked.
It never grows mid-job, whether the work goes fast or slow. If something unforeseen needs extra work — a code update, or a damaged part found once the old one is out — you hear exactly what and why, with its own price, and nothing is added without your sign-off.
