Why we do this
Short answer: any system in the Aqua Cat Series can wear a custom look. Pick one of our in-stock Cat Series designs for $200, or submit your own design from $500 — you approve a proof before anything is made. Covers are removable, service-friendly, warranty-neutral, and made from UV-stable materials chosen for Arizona garages.
Every system in the Aqua Cat Series is named after a cat — Tiger, Bobcat, Snow Leopard, Jaguar — and the flagship Tiger wears the design that matched our logo when the company was Aqua Cat. The original is a 64K mixed-bed Tiger in a Prescott garage, in a custom blue-tiger design. Customers kept asking about it. So we made it official: your system can wear one of ours, or one of yours. A water softener sits in your garage for 15+ years; it might as well be something you like looking at.
Two ways to do it

Both options are add-ons to any Aqua Cat Series system — new installs or systems we’ve already installed. Custom pieces are produced after your install and fitted when ready, so your water treatment never waits on artwork. Tell us the look you want when you ask for your quote.
The practical stuff (because we’re plumbers first)
- Service access is untouched. Covers are removable in seconds — the valve, display, bypass, and salt lid stay fully reachable.
- Your warranty is unchanged. The two-year workmanship warranty and the manufacturer’s coverage apply exactly as before.
- Arizona-proof materials. UV-stable ASA plastic with a clear topcoat — the material class used for outdoor automotive parts — not the cheap stuff that warps in a hot garage.
Ground rules for custom designs
Three, and they protect both of us:
- No trademarked or copyrighted art — we can’t print someone else’s logo or characters.
- You approve a written proof before production starts.
- CreekWell has final say on what we’ll produce.
Beyond that — your garage, your cat, your call.
Bottom line
Nobody needs a custom tank. But nobody forgets one either. If you’re getting a system anyway, $200 turns it into the most interesting thing in the garage.
Same flat rate across the whole service area. This price applies everywhere in Yavapai County — Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Dewey-Humboldt, Mayer, Paulden, Sedona, Cottonwood, the Verde Valley and the outer county — it is not a Prescott-only rate.

We are adding Arizona contractor licenses, and we are not booking new work until that is done. New work restarts the first week of November. Jobs already on the schedule are not affected.

How much does a custom tank design cost?
$200 for one of our in-stock Cat Series looks; your own design is from $500.
The in-stock looks include tiger, bobcat, panther, snow leopard and more. Submitting your own design is from $500, which covers design prep, a proof you approve before anything is made, and fitting. Both are add-ons to any Aqua Cat Series system install.
Will it survive an Arizona garage?
That’s the point of the materials.
UV-stable ASA plastic with a clear UV topcoat — the same material class used for outdoor automotive parts — chosen specifically for Arizona heat and sun instead of cheaper plastics that warp and fade.
Does a custom cover affect my warranty or service?
No.
Covers are removable and designed so the valve, display, bypass, and salt lid stay fully accessible. The two-year workmanship warranty and the manufacturer’s warranty are unchanged. The cover lifts off in seconds for service.
Can I submit any design I want?
Almost.
Your design can’t use trademarked or copyrighted art (no brand logos or characters), and CreekWell has final approval. You’ll see and approve a proof before production starts — no surprises on either side.
