Price your job
Tick what you need and the published flat prices add up — the same prices Neil works from, confirmed on site before any work starts. Under $1,000 and no permit, it can be booked once new work restarts. For a water treatment system sized to your water, see your flat-rate price instead.
Pick what you need
Tick a job and its price joins the total on the right (below, on a phone). Nothing is sent anywhere unless you ask Neil to call.
Planning a bigger job? Published prices for whole-house systems, water heaters and other work over $1,000
Or send this list to Neil
The jobs and prices above go along with your name, so there is nothing to re-type, and you can read the message before it goes. Once new work restarts, after the contractor licenses are issued, Neil calls the list in the order names came in; a text confirms you are on it within one working day.
How the $1,000 rule works here
CreekWell is not a licensed contractor; it is adding Arizona contractor licenses. Until they are issued, Arizona’s handyman exemption lets it take a job only when the whole job — labor, materials and all other items, and by CreekWell’s own cautious reading the equipment you bought — comes to less than $1,000, needs no building permit, and has no gas connection. Exactly $1,000 waits. A job is never split into pieces to get under the limit.
So this tool does three things: it adds up the published prices of what you picked, it tells you whether that total can be booked once new work restarts, and it keeps whole-house systems and water heater replacements apart, as published prices for planning — not an offer, a quote or a bid — until the licenses are issued. The licensing page has the detail.
Every price is a flat rate from the published price list: no trip fee anywhere in Yavapai County, the same rate on weekends and holidays, and the two-year workmanship warranty on the work. Neil confirms the price in writing on site, you approve it before any work begins, and it does not change mid-job without your sign-off.
Emergency and warranty calls only, until the licenses are issued
Aqua Cat Plumbing & Water Treatment is now CreekWell Plumbing & Water Treatment. Same owner, Neil Staiger. Aqua Cat’s old number, 480-228-8282, still reaches him; the main number is 928-228-5770. What changed and what did not.
We are adding Arizona contractor licenses. Until they are issued, CreekWell is taking emergency calls and warranty work only; everything else, small jobs included, waits for the licenses, and new work restarts when they are issued. There is no date for them yet. Jobs already on the schedule are not affected.
For an emergency (water, not gas) or a warranty call, call or text 928-228-5770; if Neil cannot pick up, leave a message and say which it is. For anything else, join the list: names are called in the order they come in once new work restarts, at the prices published on this site. Joining the list needs no deposit.
