Photos help more than you would think
If you can text a photo of the problem, do. A picture of the under-sink area, the water heater label, the stain on the fixture or the puddle tells Neil in five seconds what five minutes of description usually cannot.
Useful things to send: the make and model plate on a water heater or treatment system, the whole area rather than a close-up, and the shutoff valve if you can find it.

Neil has finished his license classes and applied for two Arizona contractor licenses, plumbing and water conditioning; the license numbers go on this site the day they are issued. Until then, CreekWell books jobs that come to under $1,000 in all and need no permit and no gas, emergency calls (water, not gas) and warranty work included. Whole-house systems and other work of $1,000 or more wait for the licenses.
