All three go to the same person. There is no dispatcher, no answering service and no form company in between.
Photos help more than you would think
If you can text a photo of the problem, do. A picture of the under-sink area, the water heater label, the stain on the fixture or the puddle tells us in five seconds what five minutes of description usually cannot.
Useful things to send: the make and model plate on a water heater or treatment system, the whole area rather than a close-up, and the shutoff valve if you can find it.
Schedule Your Service
New work restarts the first week of November. Until then, scheduling runs through the list: put your name, phone, town and what you need in the short form further down this page, and Neil calls in the order the names came in. You get a text back confirming you are on the list within one working day.

What to expect

- New work restarts the first week of November. Leave your name on the list and you are booked in the order it comes in. Jobs already scheduled are not affected.
- You get a flat price before any work starts. Free estimates and diagnostics, no trip fee in Yavapai County.
- If it is not a job we can legally take, you will hear that on the phone. Before the drive out, not after.
- A free water field check — hardness, chlorine and TDS — comes with any estimate.

- You get a text back confirming you are on the list, within one working day. If a day passes and you have heard nothing, something went wrong: call or text 928-228-5770 and it will be sorted.
- Neil calls in list order from the first week of November. Whole-house systems wait until CreekWell’s contractor licenses are issued; your name stays on the list until then.
- You get the published flat rate. Being on the list does not change the price either way.

What are your hours?
Monday through Saturday, 7am to 7pm.
Outside those hours leave a message or send a text and it gets picked up in the morning.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. Estimates and diagnostics are free, and so is the water field check that comes with them.
There is also no trip fee anywhere in Yavapai County.
How far do you travel?
Yavapai County, all of it, at no extra charge.
